Q & A's

When will my order be shipped?

Ladies Knitting and Crochet boxes will be shipped the 1st week of the month.
VIP Yarn Club, is by return.

When is my payment taken?

For the knitting and crochet boxes payment is taken the 28th of the month. If you sign up after the 28th then payment will be the following month.

VIP Yarn Club, payment is taken straight away, and then one month after on the day you have signed up.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Of course you can, we will be sorry to see you go. Just head to My Subscription at the bottom of the page and log into your account to cancel or pause your subsription.

Can I choose my own colours?

No we pick the colours each month to go into the boxes, that way you have a suprise each month.
