WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY MONTHLY YARN IN A BOX?

Your payment will be drafted on the 28th of each month.  Boxes will be packed and ready for pickup or shipping within 7-10 days of that payment, sometimes earlier! 

If you sign up after the 28th of the month, then your payment will be drafted the following month on the 28th.  

CAN I PICK WHAT COLOURS AND WHAT GOES IN THE BOX?

No I will pick each box monthly.

CAN I BUY EXTRA YARN FROM YOU?

Yes you can from Home | Pack Lane Wool our sister company.

IS THERE A COMMITMENT OR CAN I CANCEL ANYTIME?

There is no long term commitment.  We hope you love your boxes!  But, if you need to cancel your subscription, login to your account to cancel.

Please note – cancellation requests must be received 14 days before your billing date (14th of the month) or you will be charged for the following month.

We are happy to assist with instructions on how to cancel your subscription.

1. Login into your account: www.yarninabox.co.uk/account/login

2. Click "My Subscriptions"

3. Locate your active subscription and click "Manage subscription"

4. In the top right corner, click "Cancel"

*Please note, this will only cancel future boxes, it will NOT cancel any pending or unfulfilled orders. 

CAN I PAUSE OR SKIP A MONTH?

Got too much stuff? Here's how you can pause or skip your next delivery:

1. Login into your account at www.yarninabox.co.uk/

2. Click "My Subscriptions"

3. Locate your active subscription and click the "Manage subscription" button

4. On the top right corner, click "Skip" or "Pause".

Skip: push your next renewal date out one month in the future.

Pause: stop all future deliveries until you "Resume" your deliveries.
